Cancellation policy: 21 April - 31 October: Before 7 days, no charge. Between 7 days and 24 hours before arrival, we charge 1 night of your stay. Within 24 hours or no show, we charge 50 percent of the total booking.
01 November - 20 April: Before 14 days, no charge. Between 14 days and 7 days before arrival, we charge 1 night of your stay. Within 7days or no show, we charge 100 percent of the total booking.
Modification policy: The hotel does not charge any amount, in case of name, room type or credit card details amendment but in case of deduct date and amount of room’s modifications, the cancellation policy will apply.
Child policy: Children under 12 sharing the same room as their parents, no extra charge, plus 50% discount on the American Breakfast (THB 210).
