Cancellation policy: 1 April - 31 October: Before 3 days, no charge. Between 3 days and 24 hours before arrival, we charge 1 night of your stay. Within 24 hours or no show, we charge 1 night of your stay.
1 November - 24 December: Before 7 days, no charge. Between 7 days and 3 days before arrival, we charge 1 night of your stay. Within 3 days or no show, we charge 100 percent of the total booking.
25 December - 3 January : Before 21 days, no charge. Between 21 days and 7 days before arrival, we charge 1 night of your stay. Within 7 days or no show, we charge 100 percent of the total booking.
4 January - 31 March: Before 7 days, no charge. Between 7 days and 3 days before arrival, we charge 1 night of your stay. Within 3 days or no show, we charge 100 percent of the total booking.
Modification policy: The hotel does not charge any amount, in case of name, room type or credit card details amendment but in case of deduct date and amount of room’s modifications, the cancellation policy will apply. The hotel will charge in case of booking transfer service.
Child policy: Children under 4 years old sharing room with parent without extra bed is free of charge including breakfast.
Children ( 4 – 12 years ) sharing room with parent without extra bed, charge extra CBF 150 Thai Baht/day.
Extra bed for children under 12 years old charge is 200 Thai Baht/ night including breakfast.
